● Our reel slitting machine adopts the advanced technology from Taiwan and Germany, and combines with our more than twenty years' experience in producing reel slitting machine.
● This machine adopts servo motor drive and double rotary blades to cut like scissors with high speed and high precision, which is very different from the traditional cutting method.
● It adopts German imported blades to effectively reduce the cutting load and noise and prolong the service life of knives. Reach balance adjustment to reduce the vibration of the machine when running at high speed.
● German high-precision bearings and improved backlash-free gears, low meshing noise, use time is two times longer than the traditional design.
● Pneumatic slitting knife, center slitting, clean cutting edge, no burns and dust generation, can be directly on the printing machine.
● Paper cutting speed is divided into fast section and slow section to show the effect of sorting, counting and stacking. It is good for protecting the paper surface from any scratches and without any light spots.
● Electric control system with energy storage unit saves 30% of power consumption.
A. Reel stand
1. The original paper clamping arm is made of ductile cast iron with special casting process, high strength and never deformed, which ensures the safety of the original paper clamping arm.
2. Hydraulic shaftless paper loading frame can load 2 rolls of paper at the same time.
3. Shaft core 3″6″12″ mechanical expansion chuck, maximum winding diameter φ1800mm.
4. It can automatically control the size of paper tension when cutting paper at high speed.
5. Hydraulic paper φ120*L400MM, hydraulic cylinder φ80*L600MM clamps the paper and moves left and right.
6. Underground paper roll conveying trolley, I-type guide rail.

B.Bidirectional Anti-Curved Paper Straightening Unit
1.New bidirectional bending paper straightening, dual use thick and thin paper,
2.Effective removal of coil curl high weight coated paper, no powder, so that the paper is flatter, no warping.

C. Green Anti-Paper-Break Rubber Roller
1.Rubber roller deflection: The deflection is equipped with standard large and small shafts, and the large and small shafts can be quickly switched to meet different deflection requirements.
2.Pneumatic deflection set, which provides better unwinding effect for high-gloss paper.

D. Feeding part
1.Manufactured with alloy steel, the hollow roller is precision-machined to φ260MM, dynamically balanced, surface sandblasted, and hard chrome-treated.
2.Driven Roller: The roller surface features imported internal grinding rubber, an 3.expansion groove design, and pneumatic control for pressure paper clamping.
Safety Cover: The safety cover automatically stops the machine when opened, ensuring safety.
4.Slitting part
Precision machining of steel beam components, equipped with linear guides. The upper blade is pneumatic, and the lower blade is tungsten steel-driven, ensuring smooth and burr-free cutting edges. The high-rigidity knife holder is suitable for cutting speeds of up to 400 meters per minute.

5.Cutting part
1.We employ a specialized embedded blade design with a unique structure, ensuring uniform cross-sections for multiple cut pieces, devoid of paper fuzz. It stands as the optimal choice for the high-end roll slitting industry.
2.Upper and lower knife rollers: Adopting the German cutting method, we effectively reduce the load and noise during paper cutting. The knife rollers are crafted from hollow alloy steel, with a precision diameter of φ210MM, and undergo meticulous processing and dynamic balance adjustment. This significantly enhances running speed, reduces vibrations and noise during high-speed operation, and minimizes paper dust.
3.Cutting blades: Crafted with precision from a special hard alloy steel, these blades boast an exceptionally long lifespan, being 3-5 times that of traditional ones. The blade edges are easily adjustable, facilitating precise tuning.
6.Paper conveying device with waste removal
1.Type: Horizontal multi-stage differential conveying to produce separation counting and paper stacking effects.
2.First conveying section: suction conveying for quick separation and cutting of paper, quick waste discharge device.
3.Second conveying section: suction tail pressure-free deceleration overlay conveying can be single action or continuous action control, adjust the paper to be sent out in tile shape.
4.Paper delivery section: Refined paper separator, which can be adjusted in conjunction with the paper width.
5.The pressure feeding wheel can increase the stability of the paper and avoid paper offset.
7.Man-machine interface
Electrical Control Section: Incorporates Taiwanese PLC and INVT servo drive control system for enhanced convenience and automation. Cutting length, finished product quantity, total quantity, etc., can be input directly on the touchscreen. Real-time display of actual cutting length and quantity is available. INVTservo drives the rotating knife shaft, in conjunction with an energy storage unit, effectively reducing power consumption, improving efficiency, and lowering production costs.
8.Automatic Paper Leveling and Stacking Equipment

With precise count after insert marking, operators only need to input on the man-machine interface to after the number of paper, can be in accordance with the settings to marking the quantity of paper.One special devices introduce a paper-tab into the pallet that is being . The quantity of sheets between one tab and another is pre-set by the operator .The tab inserts are paper direction into pallets .The PLC will effect to the sheets count and when the pre-set quantity is achieved a tab is inserted between the sheets of the pallet that is being .The tab -inserter is automatically contralled by the PLC or can be manually controlled by two keys ,one which feeds the paper strip and the other one for the strip cutting .
10.Tape Insertor
It has the function of precise counting followed by marking. The operator only needs to input the number of sheets to be marked on the human-machine interface, and then the number of marked sheets can be set according to the settings. A special device is to insert a paper label into the tray. One label is placed between the number of sheets, and the other is the preset operator. The tab inserts the sheet direction into the tray, and the PLC will affect the sheet counting. When the preset number is reached, a label is inserted into the tray. The label inserters are controlled either automatically or manually by two keys, one for feeding the paper tape and the other for cutting the strips.
