FEATURE

It is equipped with efficient servo motor and reducer to realize automatic paper pile rotation operation, and with the enhanced hydraulic system, it greatly improves the work efficiency of paper pile operation.

Integrated operation panel, one key automatic sorting, turning, paper running, dedusting and other functions.

The air pump is individually controlled and variable-frequency, and automatically detects whether it is closed or opened according to the size of the paper.

Machine Base

The base of this equipment is welded with Q235 sheet with a thickness of 18mm, which not only ensures the strength and stability of the overall structure, but also takes into account the toughness and plasticity.

Machinery Foundation

The foundation adopts the adjustable shock cushion iron (cast iron frame + rubber shock cushion) dedicated to precision machine tools, and the bearing capacity of each shock cushion is 2.5 tons. This design can not only ensure the smooth operation of the whole machine, but also greatly reduce the amount of vibration during operation. There is no need to twist the expansion screws to avoid damaging the ground.

Vibration Motor

The machine adopts double vibration motor and variable frequency stepless speed regulation design, which can not only adjust the vibration quantity in real time, but also ensure the balance of vibration conduction. And it is equipped with 24 double-layer shock absorbing rubber pads, not only to ensure the overall weight and flatness of the platform, but also to reduce the platform vibration conduction, to achieve double shock absorption of the whole machine.

Side Gauge

Automatic detection of paper and side gauge position, which can achieve automatic advance when feeding and automatic separation when unloading. The transmission structure is composed of servo drive (Fujifilm), belt transmission (Gates) and optical fiber ranging (Omron), all of which are imported brands.

Splint

The upper and lower splints are equipped with pressure sensors, encoders and limit switches for triple protection to prevent damage to parts. At the same time, the blower movement automatically and intelligently adjusts the blower distance according to the height of the paper pile, during which there is no need for human intervention.

The max. splint spacing is 1800m (including the tray height). The whole job can be completed in less than 3 minutes, and the efficiency is increased by 80%.

Blowing Movement

Double or multiple fans + variable frequency stepless speed regulation. The blowing distance is automatically adjusted according to the height of the paper pile, and this process does not require operator intervention. It greatly improves work efficiency and reduces energy loss.

Air Outlet

Design automatic identification paper size function, according to the paper size automatically adjust whether to close the air outlet needs to avoid unnecessary energy loss.

HMI

The human-machine interaction interface, self-restoring switch anti-miscontact design, fully realize one-click automation.

Pedals

Equipped with pedals and guardrail, the operator can easily extract any piece of paper in the whole stack, making the work easy, safe and effective.

Main Shaft

The main shaft is made of 45# steel with a diameter of 98mm, and the dynamic load bearing capacity is > 10 tons!

Bearing Copper Sleeve

Bearing copper sleeve adopts industrial graphite self-lubricating copper sleeve, 78 graphite self-lubricating points are evenly distributed inside and outside the copper sleeve to ensure sufficient bearing force and greatly improve service life!

Hydraulic Tubing

Hydraulic tubing adopts stamped H-shaped joint, which has long life and is not easy to permeate oil.

Hydraulic Pressure Station

The hydraulic pressure station adopts the Italian import valve, the maximum oil pressure is 15Mpa, to ensure the stability of the power unit. At the same time, there is enough lift, and the displacement of 11.2L/min fully improves the running speed, thereby improving the work efficiency!

Rotary Reducer

The rotary reducer adopts the original heavy rotary imported from Japan, with small shaking, strong hydraulic power, no oil and maintenance-free advantages.

Double Lift Cylinder

Double lift cylinder lifting vibration platform and paper stack, with smooth operation, large bearing force and other advantages.

Electrostatic removal device and dust recovery device can be installed.

In extreme cases, the paper can be extracted by manual pressure relief.
