Model HBF Full-auto High Speed All-in-One Flute Laminator is our blockbuster intelligent machine, which gathers high speed feeding, gluing, laminating, pressing, flip flop stacking and auto delivery. The laminator uses the international leading motion controller in commanding. Machine’s highest speed can reach 160m/min, which aims at fulfilling clients’ requirements of fast delivery, high production efficiency and low labor cost.

The stacker stacks up the finished lamination product into a pile as per setting quantity. Till now, it has helped many printing and packaging companies to deal with the labor shortage problem, optimize the working state, save labor intense and highly increase the total output.

MODEL HBZ DETAILS

A. Electric Components

Shanhe Machine positions HBZ machine upon the European professional industry. The whole machine uses international well-known brands, like Parker (USA), P+F (GER), Siemens (GER), Omron (JPN), Yaskawa (JPN), Schneider (FRA), etc. They guarantee machine operation’s stability and durability. PLC integrated control plus our self-compiled program realize the mechatronics manipulation to maximally simplify the operation steps and save labor cost.

B. Full Auto Intelligent Electronic Control System

PLC control, touch screen operation, position remote controller and servo motor allow worker to set paper size on the touch screen and adjust the top sheet and bottom sheet’s sending position automatically. The imported sliding rail screw rod makes the positioning precise; at the pressing part there is also a remote controller for adjusting the front and back position. Machine has a memory storage function to remember each product you have saved. HBZ reaches the true automation with full functionality, low consumption, easy operation and strong adaptability.

C. Feeder

It’s Guangdong Shanhe Industrial Co., Ltd.’s patented owned product. A high-end printer-used feeder and a strengthened paper sending device with four suction nozzles and four feeding nozzles ensure precise and smooth paper conveying. A portal frame external type pre-loading platform is equipped for setting aside time and space for preloading paper sheets, which is safe and reliable, completely meets the requirements of high efficient running.

D. Bottom Paper Conveying Part

Servo motor drives the suction belts to send bottom paper which includes cardboard, grey board and 3-ply, 4-ply, 5-ply and 7-ply corrugated board with A/B/C/D/E/F/N-flute. The sending is smooth and precise.

With strong suction design, machine can send paper with thickness between 250-1100g/㎡.

HBZ-170 bottom sheet feeding part uses dual-vortex pump with dual-solenoid valve control, aiming at 1100+mm width paper, can start a second air pump to increase air suction volume, function better on conveying warping and thick corrugation board.

E. Driving System

We use imported timing belts instead of the traditional wheel chain to solve the problem of inaccurate lamination between top sheet and bottom sheet due to the worn-out chain and control the lamination error within ±1.5mm, thus fulfill the perfect lamination.

F. Glue Coating System

In the high speed operation, in order to coat glue evenly, Shanhe Machine designs a coating part with a special coating roller and a glue-splash-proof device to resolve the glue splashing problem. Full automatic adhesive supplementary and recycling device together helps to avoid waste of glue. According to product demands, operators can adjust the glue thickness by a controlling wheel; with the special striped rubber roller it effectively solves the problem of glue splashing.

LF-145/165 Vertical Paper Stacker is for connecting with high speed flute laminator to realize automatic paper stacking function. It stacks up the finished lamination product into a pile as per setting quantity. Machine combines the functions of flipping paper intermittently, stacking paper on front side up or back side up and tidy stacking; at the end it can automatic push out the paper pile. Till now, it has helped many printing and packaging companies to deal with the labor shortage problem, optimize the working state, save labor intense and highly increase the total output.

A. SUB-STACKER

● Use wide rubber belts to connect it with laminator for running synchronously.
● Set a certain paper stacking quantity, by reach that number, paper will be sent to the flipping unit automatically (the first delivering).
● It pat the paper from the front and two sides to make the paper piled neatly.
● Accurate positioning based on variable frequency technology.
● Paper pushing driven by motor.

● When paper first be sent to the flipping unit, the lifting motor will raise the paper to the setting height.
● During the second delivering process, paper will be sent to the main stacker.

● Motor-driven paper flipping. Paper can be stacked with one pile front side up and one pile back side up alternately, or all with their front sides up and all with their back sides up.

F. SUPPORTING PART

● Rear positioning, and paper patting from 3 sides: front side, left side and right side.
● Pre-stacking device for non-stop delivering.
● Paper stacking height is adjustable between 1400mm to 1750mm. The height can be increased according to customer requirements.

G. DELIVERING PART

● When paper stacker is full, motor will drive paper pile out automatically.
● At the same time, the empty tray will be lifted up to original position.
● Paper pile will be pulled away by a pallet jack from the slope.
