QHZ-800 is our latest enhanced model of folder gluer. Basically it applies to process cosmetic box, medicine box, other cardboard box or N/E/F-flute corrugation box. It is suitable for 2-fold, side-sticking, 4-fold with lock-bottom (4-corner and 6-corner box are optional).

Feeding Unit

Separate adjustment of paper-feeding belt device makes the changing-belts to be more convenient, independent vibrating motor device sufficiently raises the quality of paper-feeding. The whole adjustment of reamer together with the baffle shortens the time of adjusting and box exchanging.

Folding-back Unit

The longer distance folding parts ensure box folding by 180 degrees on the first line and 135 degrees on the second line, in order to open the box conveniently while feeding substance into, flexible replacing of the parts provides great convenience to the setting of accessories for other pattern boxes.

Lock Bottom

The whole locking-bottom part accessory is set on a turnover carrier, reducing the time of Locking-bottom and changeover.

Gluing Unit

Upper paste tank adopts the structure with 2-sets mechanical gluing rollers, the accurate adjustment is capable to camy out via adjustment of either left side and right side or upside and downside. The setting and remove of lower paste tank is convenient for the operator to clean all parts of the tank.

Folding Unit

Extra long design ensures both the left and right folding belt can assort each kind of angle idler pulley to make accurate adjustments, and meets different material and different boxes sizes.

Impression Unit

Convenient adjustment of pressure trustworthy paper pressure by pressing tightly and firmly improves the pasting quality. Equipped with machinery-counting device for the counting convenience and the decreasing the long-term maintenance cost.

Output Section

Fully adopting the inward extra-long and weight belt ensures the quality of finished products and convenience of regulation of belt pressure and speed the safety. Switch ensure the whole running safety. Operator can adjust the packaging speed separately at their preference.
